My Promise to YouYour home is one of the biggest investments that you will make. Choosing the right home inspector for this major investment can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you may not have the opportunity to meet us until after we're hired. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. With that being said, I will go a step further and tell you that we KNOW what we're looking at. You won't find any of our inspectors walking around with a poker and a camera just breezing through the place. While we do note our observations of all covered componenets, we also investigate causes. Ask another inspector to do this. Most simply can't or won't. We have the ability to associate a cost impact to any situation. If there is a situation we aren't sure of all we do is make a phone call to someone that does and get their opinion. This will cost you NOTHING EXTRA!! This we promise you.
